Cuisine Of Mountains & Ocean is a restaurant that uses over 90% friendly or organic ingredients sourced from Hualien. We aim to increase ingredient utilization and reduce kitchen waste during the cooking process. Our restaurant is also decorated with a large amount of second-hand materials. We hope that through a meal, diners can taste the seasonal changes of the land, and that through their choices, we can take small steps toward sustainability

Hualien Wrap & Seasonal Desserts: Each wrap is made with homemade dough using Taiwanese wheat flour. Apart from flour, salt, water, and butter, no additional additives are used. The wraps are filled with 4-5 types of seasonal local vegetables , paired with our homemade passion fruit nut sauce, offering a sweet yet not overwhelming nutty flavor in every bite. At the market, we will offer wraps with citrus-marinated Hualien pork and soy-mushroom patties (vegan/ovo-lacto vegetarian). There will also be a limited quantity of seasonal desserts available.
